Return Policy
You may return your product within 30 days for a full refund less shipping charges. All shirts must be in original condition ( no worn or washed shirts)
Include a copy of the invoice with a note indicating wether it is for exchange, replacement or refund. If requesting a refund please state your exact reason, so we may improve our products and/or service. Exchanges will incur normal shipping charges when reshipped to you. We will only refund shipping due to manufacturing defects or mistakes in order processing. We recommend all returned productsbe shipped insured. The United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) will insure your package to guard against loss. We cannot refund lost or damaged products.
Order Acceptance Policy.
Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. yourActivewear.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order will be deemed accepted by yourActivewear.com upon our shipment of products or delivery of services that you have ordered. All orders over $200.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Additional verifications or information may also be required before accepting any order.
Billing
We verify prices and stock as part of our shipping procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Shipping
United Parcel Service(UPS) is our primary shipper. If items are in stock, all orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the availability of stock and the chosen shipping method.
